LILIN provides a high quality and responsive repair service through our centralised repair facilities located in our head office. We can provide you with guaranteed rapid repair turnaround, for damaged or out of warranty items.

Please complete a Returns Authorisation Form and return it to our Returns Department. We will inspect the product free of charge and provide a reasonable quotation if repair is possible.
